thats what I hate about good rogue mage duels... 1 duel... and then 10 min waiting for cd's... why isnt the a duel mode yet that resets cd's after duel.... blizzard sleeping on that

Anything related to getting strong cooldowns back fast, will somehow be abused by the players. I assume that is the real reason this was never implemented.

it would be too easy to abuse in world pvp. just reduel and get your CDs back then /forfeit.

It would actually be easy for bliz to say “once you activate duel mode, all cd’s reset - once duel is over, all abilities are on full cd”. Easy enough, only useful for dueling this way
