Hey you should get make the heal spell for your mages it'll be great for the raid if only a little it'll add up you should especially get it for sugar who rarely uses thier mana. If you set it to Auto-cast they'll use it both on themselves and allies and heal always priorities more serious injuries so it'll lower the chances of deaths, you could also use it to stop a enemy you want to capture from bleeding out too fast
