@@LawTalkWithMike there is a case scheduled for today in Cooke county circuit, The Hubbard House Rest. vs Julia Reel. She went viral on TikTok claiming the security guards at the Hubbard House pushed her down stairs and then The Hubbard house turned around and sued her for defamation. I looked today and saw where it was sitting out there for 22nd but couldn’t find anything out about it and would love to know the outcome. Not sure if you are familiar with it or not. @@LawTalkWithMike I sent you a link from Jessica Bailey Hassan and it's a case about a woman who cheats and husband finds evidence.. and his attorney acts like she needs to be put down like a dog and with rabies... It was in GA.. fault state.. but just bc a partner cheated doesn't mean she is a bad mom.. Think about all the parents who would never see their children again.. and the lawyer was bitching at her for working too much.. but I've seen cases bc women haven't had more than one job.. and that meant they didn't care about their children.. she didn't fk anyone in front of this child.. I don't agree with cheating.. I hate the double standards.. we don't see men in court and being questioned if they are good father for cheating.. i mean.. the lady looks relaxed.. therez more to the story... But he finds her dirty stuff.. and there's a man referenced as " Big Dick,,". And the husband SA her after he finds the texts and pics.. and she was asleep.. and he chokes her and said " oh I saw what you like"... Gross.. so he is a weirdo too.. but it's in GA.. custody is 50/50 now there.. for everyone.. unless you have an agreed arrangement.. but the comments are so upset she didn't lose custody.. morals aren't usually in the statute.. I mean the children have to be neglected, emotionally and physically abused.. and that didn't happen.. to me she finally did something to get caught.. bc according to him.. she has been asking for a divorce right after they got married.. so. It's GA.. and the way they say dirty words.. lmao..
