Well so much for Clear jel. I tried to order it twice from Amazon. Twice it didn't get to me. So..... what can I use in your peach pie? Can I use Knox gelatin, or just plain ole cornstarch?

Hello Beth, I appreciate you letting me know what your experience was when trying to order the ClearJel on Amazon. I'm placing an order for myself from Hoosier Hill Farm: amzn.to/3fLLsBK Cornstarch will be the other alternative if you are not able to get the ClearJel. You would use the same amount. I'd love to hear how your Peach Pie turns out for you. I ended up eating the fresh juicy peaches from my tree. Happy Baking!

I found a link for Amazon France for the Clearjel. It is quite expensive compared to what we pay here in the United States. I would recommend checking your local bakery/pastry shop to see if they use it and if they would sell you some instead. You're v blessed indeed! ♥ Boy, I could help you pick them! But... Only 5 will make it to the kitchen! A small oversight though. *"The peaches"* is way too repetetive! E.g. at 1.35min, "Fold *the peaches* to coat *the peaches* with the sugar".
