As funny as this is, and as much as we are all laughing it's actually very healthy, it can be an healthy alternative to the heavily carb fufu. Yoruba's have something similar, amala made from plantain flour (elubo ogede). Heaven knows some people need to cut down on fufu loaded in carbs, especially if they will eat a large portion of fufu only to sit and not do anything to burn all that calories..
