So true -- one day at a time. I had weight loss surgery 9 years ago -- in less than 9 months, I was 5 pounds from goal weight (had dropped 180 pounds). Then I got divorced and depressed... even though I couldn't eat like I normally would've when eating feelings, my body chemistry took over and here came the weight. I've been struggling ever since. But since joining the BGA crew, I've been focusing on what I'm eating more, and have lost 6 pounds already... so back on track!!

I have 2 boys that are 8 and 11. We go to my dad’s neighborhood every year because everyone there goes all out with decorations and awesome candy! My dad said it is not cancelled in his area, so we will be going over there again to trick or treat! There may be less houses to go to, but we’ll see how it goes!

I tried raw oysters once so far and I'm neutral about the taste... but I'm determined to love em!!! I remember your cousin saying she didn't like them at first but then she loved them after a few times.
