hey there. you have immense information i must appreciate this. most of clinics do not know this even. i think your videos must be seen by as many people as possible so that this information is spread everywhere. although the transfer of embryos may also depend upon the patient because one thing works for one may not work for on another so it depends.

Thanks a lot doctor... I am 38 and my only 2 embryos transfer were unsuccessful... Both were frozen and PGS tested... One did not implant and one miscarriage... I always wondered if the freezing, thawing testing processes somehow made them weaker... I wish I came across the video earlier...

Wow, thank you for this info. I am a healthy 36 year old with unexplained infertility but diagnosed with DOR and am about to do second IVF attempt and I thought if I am lucky to get a blastocyst, maybe I should freeze and wait for my hormones and uterus to recover but now perhaps not?

I'm no doctor or fertility expert but with pcos. And I might just be wrong here but losing weight helps in treating the condition. And sometimes even pcos is insulin resistance related aswell. Reason being insulin resistance makes your body store fat and also effects especially those pocs hormones. Check your thyroid aswell. I'm hoping that I don't offend you somehow, but studies have shown even dropping some weight goes along way to get your hormones on track and improving egg quality. Insulin resistance makes it nearly impossible to lose weight unless you treat it with medication or eating different

As an older 45 year old with no eggs I will be hopefully going for embryo donation. Can you advise is it better for fresh double donation or frozen embryo? There is quite a big difference in price but I just want to give myself the best chance. I've had a previous miscarriage with donor eggs.

How about an older patient and frozen sperm of her partner? (Where his sperm also has a low sperm count and only 3% correct morphology). How much does frozen vs. fresh impact the (already very unpromising_) outcomes?
