Hey, I just saw your amazing technique and am eager to try it on a particular client next week. Did you apply this root shadow color only to the top layer when the hair was parted naturally or would you also apply it throughout? Can't it get spotty if you only put it on top? Thanks for the inspiration and I hope you find the time to answer my question.

Hello!! Sorry to respond so late. Yes, the root shadow was applied globally throughout all the roots. Applying it all over will help to avoid a spotty application. Thanks for watching!
