One request from me as an HR Recruiter - We should not ask "Your Good Name Please " Which makes bad impression Why in the sense, if u asking me your good please, I would definitely chances of asking "do I have any bad name?" This question is very wrong state of asking... Instead ask normally like Your Name please or may I know your name pls this is simple and makes good sense

If we are mentioning something as good it supposed to be good right? Suppose if I'm telling good morning is a good thing no one asks like is there a bad mornings... But there might be some bad mornings too... when we tell it in a positive way it gives positive vibes so by asking ur good name pls will calm down a bit...atleast for me!

@@ramya9952 Very simple, We should add good or bad infront of the names it's personal one. Name is just a name that's it. Also the polite way to ask a question like "Your Name please, how I can call you, May i know your name please " this is what the polite way.... Your Good name is an out of politeness. There is many differences between the phrases..... I am not telling this interviewer is out of politeness, it's simple Thing to correct, because we are still learning, keep learning, learn eveyday Ok let me ask you To think don't take it personal my dear. Here, what's your good name? Do You feel any here? you don't feel any? like do I have any bad names? You have to feel it. Because you have a Good name only, there is no way to ask you good or bad name?" So to stop this hereby itself we are simply asking your Name please, How can I call you? may I know your name plz? Well! Keep learning! Happy to raise your doubts.

May be you are thinking in a different way ... what i think is they are already saying that your name is a good name but i what to know that ...i feel this is the meaning of the phrase... but what your thought is tell me only your good name don't say your bad name you may be thinking like that... in the end it i understood meaning differs from person to person.

@@ramya9952 This is not a thinking or over thinking my dear, this is the correct soft skill question that we have to follow. If you really wanted to know more on soft skill programs, better join a best soft skill programs where you will get to learn more. Also if the interviewer asks you the same question you have to think. That's called personal skills, if you see positive in every cases in office at your project,, do u get promoted? No definitely not, so act smart in a positive way..... Overthinking or thinking is not a matter understand questions properly, act smart ❣️ Even that interviewer ask you the same question to check whether you know to find the wrong statement or not... If u say " yes I can see positive thoughts in every questions " then u would definitely get rejected. U might get answered from interviewer saying "then find a better office who seeks for positive candidates" this is what we do to get a best candidate Think and act

To check your communication level, if you are good in making sentences, level of speaking, so they are asking questions from outside. Did u attend interview for voice process if that so they would definitely asked you questions from outside too
