Starting my freshman year in less then a month 😊! I'm majoring in Biochemistry. Shout out to all of my STEM buddies out there. I'm really looking forward to meeting new people, and getting out of my comfort zone. I'm so use to the friends that I have and I never try new things. Hopefully being in a dorm surrounded by students in the same situation as me, will help me realize that everyone is exactly the same. We all are coming from home, some in the same city, and some even farther. We all might be a little homesick and maybe uncomfortable to this sudden change. However, once we get out there and go to the activities our campus has planned just for freshman. It's then where we will be able to meet new people. I encourage everyone leave their dorms, and make some new friends. Who knows that friend just might be your partner in crime.
