Hi. How do I get in touch with you to discuss working on such a project at scale?

Tks to share!😀

Just use some Servo motor and controller and LDR , to make it Auto focus system

How did you figure out the angles? Is there a correlation with parabola equation?
@me-for-palastine3 жыл бұрын
Yes, it is a separate chapter by itself. In fact i have made a separate video on how to draw large size parabola on floor or paper. Will give reference to that shortly.

How much does it cost to build 10kwh system.
@me-for-palastine4 жыл бұрын
I have not yet done the costing. But my endavor and as well as plan is to build is so cheap that it is affordable and compete with regular solar pump sets

how to drive the mirors?
@me-for-palastine3 жыл бұрын
I have devised a technique by which all the mirros can be rotated proportional to the focal point using one lever. That lever can be rotated using sun tracking sensor. That way only one motor, one sensor can do the entire job

@@me-for-palastine Hi sir My project is to réalise a Linear Fresnel mirors (16 mirors) (Reflector technology) - Concentrating solar power plant- I used Nema 34 as motor and MA860H as driver motor but unfortunately my sketch (arduino) does not work well. I appreciate your help.

Is there any way to contact you privately?

@@houdaalg2251 8411008157 hi you can whatsup your project photo to me. I will check if I can suggest on that. Unable to understand about what you have written about motor and how you are using them.

@@me-for-palastine my project is to make a linear solar concentrator based on a fresnel mirror. The principle of a Fresnel concentrator lies in its plane (flat) mirrors ( 16 mirors be used on my project) called "compact linear reflectors". The idea is to approximate the parabolic shape of the collector by a succession of plane mirrors. Each of these mirrors can be rotated to continuously redirect and focus the sun's rays towards a fixed linear absorber tube. Simalary what is shown on the below link. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eX7Pnp-gd7V8o8k. I wanted to program the mirror to rotate by ARDUINO MEGA one after one on clockwise (CW) from right to left and GO BACKWARDS from left to right conterclockwise (CCW) the rotation of the mirrors is ensured by a Nema 34 motor with the driver (MA860H or DM860D driver). I am at the begining of the project (just theorique ) so I have not poject photo.

Hi, What is your mirrors width?
@me-for-palastine3 жыл бұрын
Hi, the mirrors are each 2 cm x 3 cm. Now you can count and multiply by that.
@me-for-palastine3 жыл бұрын
My intention was not to cut the mirror into small rectangles. I could have had a long strip of mirror. I earlier did a project on parabolic dish for which I cut the mirrors. Same pieces i used here.

Thank you @@me-for-palastine You mean 2 inch x 3 inch, because according to the figure in the beginning and calculations I made, I didn't find same dimensions. you put receiver at what height? it is also calculated?
@me-for-palastine3 жыл бұрын
Hi, sorry for delayed reply. Was caught in work. Yes, you are right. I still have those mirrors. Measured. It is 2 inch x 3 inch only. I donot have other measurements because I have recycled those aluminium and wooden frames already. But I can say, there is no hard rule on how high you need to keep the receiver. It has to be as high as possible so that the mirrors need not turn much or when the sun is morning or evening, there is no loss in surface area of reflection due to slanting of mirror. The beauty of reflected sun rays on mirror is that it acts like a parallel coherent laser beam. Distance doesnot matter.
