Hey bro. One thing I know is that when I was in the Feds the Bulldogs program with the homies in most federal prisons. I met a younger bulldog that was in Mendota FCI and was getting educated. This Bulldogs knew the bonds and format and told me there are some bulldogs that are getting pull little by little. Supposedly they called it operation Heal. The Feds wouldn't let the bulldogs drop out cause they are only considers a street gang so in order for the bulldogs to drop out and go to a non active yard they need to drop out as a northerner. I did 10 years and I met a lot of bulldogs that was programming with the Nortenos in the federal yards. I just got out not long ago so this is reacent. I know bro. See they don't talk about that now but it's true. Im not saying all bulldog but i some yards they are let ''em program not 100 percent northern program but in the same yards.
