Get well friend. I learned more about guitar set ups from your channel than any other and your passion for you work is evident. That said, you have to take care of your health. As someone who has had two sinus surgeries for nasal polyps and a lifetime of sinus and nasal issues, I can absolutely understand what you're going through.

Completely understood sir Victor. I could never feel motivated as you are working so precisely on the guitars and so beautifully while experiencing sinus related issues. I will watch for your updates. Just take care of your machine and be well. I pray for you to always be in the Lords healing mercies. I am in the US and only wish to reside in your area so I could trust all of my cool guitars under your expert luthier care. All of them desperately need TLC. Glad you let us know and even more so your followed your discernment the need to adjust, have a friend who suffers from a similar condition. Knowing your Love for God...I take comfort in the scripture found at Revelation 21:3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. I love watching you work such ashame but our health comes first I had the same problem when I was a kid my sinuses would swell in the summer giving me sore heads to the point I could not go out in the summer as I could barely breathe and constant sore heads they removed my sinuses and iv never had headache since we'll related to my sinuses anyway hope they get it sorted for you soon m8 and let you get back to what you love doing good luck m8 🙂

Really sorry to hear about your health issues and slow down of your workshop. Understand how you feel with the sinus pain, something I suffered with for a long time. Sinus irrigation by an ent surgeon helped me when weeks of antibiotics failed, they pierced a hole through the cartilage and then use a saline pump system. They give you a bowl and you have to keep your mouth open and all the $hit comes out of your mouth into the bowl. The neilmed is positively lovely by comparison lol . I got given the Neilmed kit, a few years ago when they were in a bad way again as I can’t breathe through my nose properly and also have chronic lung disease so it makes things even harder. With the neilmed it warns you not to use it when your sinuses are infected as it can push the infection further and make you worse. It’s somewhere in the small print IIRC. I can plaster my pillow in olbas oil drops to help me breathe in my sleep. Steam is good for the infection/pain. Menthol crystals in a bowl of boiling water will help but go steady with how much you put in as it will literally blow your head off.

I accidentally snorted a teaspoon of menthol crstals last week: I weon't do that again in a hurry! Heck: nose on fire! Had to flush it out sharpish...

@@FretFriendGWaL yeah really it recommended lol. I find Vicks sinex nasal decongestant spray really helps, can get it cheap at home bargains but you can only use for 7 days. Hat helps to at least the top sinus. Check your house for any irritants like dust, those thing the woman like to have that stink the house out like glade plug-ins. If I didn’t mention it before olbas oil on the pillow and in the bath helps. Any black mould (that is always a problem in most houses from showers to windows to behind cupboards on exterior walls) can trigger it as too dry air. Check the humidity of your house what’s good for guitars is good for us circa 50%. Good luck and roll on spring when these things ease off

Gday Victor, sorry to hear about your condition mate... In most cases sinus issues and headaches are connected to liver disease and fatty liver.. Strict change in diet and the best probiotics you can get can change your life.

So sorry to hear about your health problems Victor. I really hope you get a diagnosis soon. Ever thought of going private? ( I know we shouldn't need to in this country but for the peace of mind it is sometimes worth it ). MRI Imaging is surprisingly affordable these days and there are some facilities really close to you (The Spire being one). At least you might be able to get a quicker diagnosis and treatment for your condition and get rid of that pain. I really enjoy your videos and workmanship, God bless, get well soon!

Victor you probably need sinus surgery to correct the blocked sinus I've been dealing with blocked sinuses and it distorted my vision. The only real way is to have corrective surgery so the sinuses can drain properly. It's a quick 30 minute surgery sounds like chronic sinusitis.

Sorry to hear about your Sinus problems. Although they’re not a complete cure I find that the Sinus rinse helps me quite a bit in easing my sinus problems when used daily.

I remember that.. but.. you don't need it.. Re Name your busines.. Can do.. Might Do Guitars,? Some folk aren't in a rush.. (actually.. fuck it... try acu- pressure / puncture.. (Ear needling....quite extraordinary... worth a go... most do a free trial) My Missus has a bitch of a Sinus issue...I know the pain.. And I hope you have a happy Christmas

Hi Victor. Don't know if this will help or not. I've seen an osteopath many times for neck related issues , headaches and eye pain due to trapped nerves. They can also help with sinusitis. Hope you get things sorted. Merry Xmas and Happy New year.
