I imagine this being the theme for a garbage level in a Sega genesis game, where you got sludge monsters, smelly cats, and hobos spittin boogers at ya as you trudge your way through litter and slime just to get to the boss at the end, who is just a fat greasy pig man who fell out of the 2nd story window of the apartment complex on one side of the polluted back alley you're in.
