These sound amazing. I've got an 1980 with the all nickel hardware, it was before the custom shop guitars. It sounds sublime and tonally in a league of its own.

Love the Drills being part of any and all guitar sessions. That way you can hear it in full band mode, and also allows us to hear you well, because when you do play and sing with that corny shirt mic, it just isnt enough

The solo in Whole Lotta Love was great (tone and playing), the pre-solo iPhone trick sounded like Pink Floyd Echoes ''seagull effect''. Which is also good. I believe David Gilmour did that with a Wah pedal which was plugged in the wrong way around. Maybe a cool trick to do with a Wah next time, though I'm not sure with which Wahs that's possible.
