But at least we got to experience our loved ones even if it wasn't for as long as we would have wanted to. The alternative could be never have even meeting them and imagine that. Heartbreakingly beautiful, both the lyrics and her vocal ability are haunting . My brother Michael was killed recently , a gentle kind man , he was my soul mate , my life partner in adventure as well as daily grind , he was always there. I am lost without him. This song kills me , as it reminds me so much of giving in to pressure & sending him home to Dublin , when as it turns out I was right , & I should have kept him with me.
