What? Freya and Freyr were children of Skadi? I'm afraid to say no - incorrect. They are children of the first unknown wife of Njord. Father and children moved together into Asgard as hostages as peace offerings after the conclusion of the Aesir-Vanir War. Freya and Freyr were already born when this happened, and Skadi after this accidentally took Njord as her husband - AFTER THIS EXCHANGE (when Thiazyr was killed by the Aesirs)

the pretty natural sounding narrator for your german audio file is quite good usually I opt for the original narration but not this time Freya is the norse version of the old germanic word for "beloved one" btw - you already find it as the gothic "frijon" in pre-edda times and it's the root for the modern words friend/Freund for somewhat beloved people
