Today, we are in Nashville, Tennessee visiting the home of our 7th President, Andrew Jackson. Andrew Jackson lived at the Hermitage from 1804 until his death here at the Hermitage in 1845. He lived here before his presidency and retired here after spending long days wandering the grounds of this historic presidential property and home. The grave of Andrew Jackson and his wife Rachel is also next to the home in the garden.
