I pray for the strength and courage for edwin and his family as they navigate this choppy waters with their papa in hospital. Pls look after them and comfort them. I pray for myself too to be able to handle the work stress esp concerning a particular colleague. Help me manage her with kindness and still be firm. Help me understand her better and also help her move away from her i-am-a-victim-role. Help her understand that I am not her ex manager who treats her harshly and that she doesnt need to put on her defensive stance when she works with me.
