Vous pouvez savoir le nom des gares et mêmes les annonces des signaux sur ma chaîne. :-) En effet, cette vidéo vient à l'orgine d'une châine qui n'existe plus, mais qui s'appelait "atraverslasuisse" et l'auteur avait mis ces vidéos en licence common creative 3

More exactly, this smiley is control of master circuit breaker of whole locomotive. It is operated when you raise up pantograph, you have to turn this breaker on and switch it off prior lowering pantograph. Another condition to switch off master breaker is passing section insulator in order to prevent pulling electric arc between pantograph and overhead lines. Even though locomotive traction is idle (no drive or regenerative brake) it draws some power (fans, compressors, battery charger, auxiliary devices and mainly train heating, that can draw sometimes hundreds of kW), therefore circuit breaker must be off in order to pass section insulator loadless
