Stevie V His track Photon (in this instance, played by Dieselboy on his then newest major label mix CD A Soldiers Story) really was among the first DnB tracks that told me I'd be fascinated with the genre beyond my first year of rave attending, that this music was something unique, something more substantial and potentially interesting than the drab, cookie cutter sounds of 130 BPM house, trance, and techno that often defines EDM in the mainstream.
