Ana Castillo Sorry, in my very personal opinion I think everyone thinks Frida is all about bushy eyebrows and red lipstick when actually her look is 100% inspired by the indígenas, all the native art of our mixtecas and aztecas ancestors and their nowadays traditions and fashion. I do like the look, but I would research a bit more about Frida's inspirations and work before actually try to match her look . Btw, in case it's not that obvious by my name, I am a Mexican who lives in Mexico at the moment and I'm a HUGE fan of Ms. Kahlo' 's work. :)

Eve Black Exactly I’m a Mexican man, but I know Kahlo was not into make up and beauty She represented the natural beauty (ironically) to this video and simplicity of Mexican women, she actually didn’t like the glamorous city fake women. Most of this girls are really ignorant to Frida’s life and views Now one of the most recognized Mexican artist and a 19th century women’s Icon is just another HALLOWEEN COSTUME 🤦🏻‍♂️

It seems slightly ironic given that Frida was so not into conventional beauty standards, but because this is clearly not "beauty makeup" it's artistic so therefore a blank canvas is needed I think it makes sense :)

It is great to see someone who's not doing herself / himself perpetually but is inspired by different people.
