'Friday Afternoon on the Potchefstroom Main'

On a typical Highveld summers afternoon, a Cape Town-bound Rovos Rail trundles along the mainline between Fochville and Potchefstroom.
At the helm, two former South African Railway's class 5E1s, now under the ownership of Rovos Rail and in a new splendid coat of Rovos Rail green!
Driver Kobus, giving a friendly hoot at each location!
Built between the late 50s and late 60s, these locomotives can certainly be considered vintage!
We catch the train at Fochville, and then west of Enselspruit.
