In our family, the kids always ate first, always! It's still that way, the children still eat first. My mom was Irish and Indian. My dad was Choctaw and Swedish. I'm working on a purple journal for a friend as a Christmas present. I'm trying to finish it up so I can start on several Christmas cookie journals.

Ms. E, I was so sad to hear that you had such a difficult grandfather who gave you kids such a hard time. It seems as though your parents made up for that as you have turned out to be such a caring and loving person. You give us all such wonderful videos and generous freebies. Thank you Ms. E for being who you are !! Blessings to you and yours. Praying for all your family.

I never knew any of my grandparents but growing up we all ate at the same time. With my kids same thing. Christmas time with grand kids we would set their table and they would eat first. My daughter would set for adults and we ate second. Then kids would open and enjoy their gifts.

Second comment. I love your work as usual Edith. My husband and I have just been away to visit his brother who is 90 and is now bedridden. He has lung cancer and we won't see him again. Thats how our family has done it. Kids get their plates first. I could not sit and eat while the kids had to wait. I guess these experiences, although painful, teach us lessons. My Mom's father was not a nice man either. He was a terrible human. My Dad's father was a good man. Love watching you make tags.

I have to say, my grandparents were the loves of my childhood. I’m 68 and remember so many wonderful times spent with both maternal and paternal grandparents. My maternal grandmother was a bit more stickler, but she had been a one room school teacher. Also I grew up with Native American heritage that was down played. But 60 years ago, things were different. I’m trying my best now to connect to all my roots.

isn't it amazing that no matter how old we get, we hold grudges from our younger years. So much time has gone by yet we still harbor all that garbage. AND our generation was to do what we were told without talking back, and to respect our elders. Most of those individuals have passed on and are no longer around either. Guess it's all a test of letting go and forgiving that we deal with in this lifetime. I remember crap from kindergarten getting picked on and laughed at for not having better clothes which led to my wetting my pants in school. And laughed at and picked on even more. Heck, that was almost 60 years ago. I still remember the names of those who picked on me !! Teacher would send me to the office since i had no clothes to change into, and i would hide in the hallway behind my coat hanging on the hook on the wall because i didn't want to go to office. Yep no trauma from that !! God Bless Your Daughter and may she have God's hands on her for healing and relief of her pain.

I have been fussy cutting for three days, I have dried my eyes out so much I can hardly see by bedtime. Don’t get me wrong I love doing it, but I will be much happier when I can sit outside where the light is better. I am praying for Miss M, I too know what she is going through, three years and counting trying to figure out my issue. Hoping the next three procedures will have a huge positive impact on my wellbeing. Loving the fall freebies, maybe they will entice some fall weather to south Florida.

I was wondering if you still had some Air or if you could still get it, could you please let me know I’m very interested in getting that

Your prints come out so nicely. Is it just a regular printer printed at a high resolution or is it a photo printer? Or maybe it’s just because it’s a good paper? Could you maybe talk about how to print in one of your videos?❤️ I hate that your grandfather treated you so poorly; it makes me sad😢 But, I guess it made you the best nana to your grandkiddos❤️ Still praying for Melina🙏🏼
