Happy Birthday! Just a note on candles, I too love them but finally gave most of them up due to all the chemicals and fragrance released into the inside air your are breathing .Candles are especially harmful in a small room. I occasionally buy a soy or beeswax candle but just do pretty essential oil diffusers and make my own blends with organic oils.

Birkenstock fit way different if you buy normal/wide versus normal/narrow. The red ones you have are narrow that’s why they fit better or differently. Also, the footbed makes a difference. The soft foot bed will fit a tad snugger due to the extra foam versus original.

Ah! The ring explanation. Wow. Makes total sense. I don't ever take mine off, either. My engagement ring was a 6 and always difficult to get past my knuckle. So last weekend I took my set in and had them resized overnight. It took me 23 years to finally do this!!😂❤

I started finding that Seche Vite was “shrinking” the coloured polish underneath. So I switched to Essie Gel Setter top coat and I love it even more (holds the polish on and gives lots of shine). Just a tip for anyone who is experiencing nail polish “shrinkage” like I did 😂

Lol, shrinking nailpolish.😂I use Seche vite and never noticed that. What I have noticed though, is it gets thick quickly and the result is not as good the. Will try the Essie gel setter, but do you have to use gel polish only for the color coat or does it work on normal nailpolish also?

I used to be a nail tech and have used Seche Vite for a million years. It will "shrink" if the room is too cold. Just an fyi in case you loved it and want to try it again. :)

Ah, so for anyone interested, the Seche "Vive" (as opposed to Seche "Vite") dries really glossy. It is in the blue bottle. It dries almost as miraculously fast. Pretty astounding stuff. Same company, but the Vive is gorgeous.

Happy Birthday! I know several women with benign lumps that are years old. I accidently found a lump on my neck while applying serum. The ultrasound found 3 lumps across both sides of my thyroid gland. My needle biopsies were 'inconclusive' however one of the blood tests showed high thyroglobulin so I opted for removing my thyroid. The lab found papillary cancer in all. No chemo for this type, but I did have to swallow radioactive iodine post surgery. I was back at work 3 days later.

I have about 15 different Birkenstocks. I wear a 9 shoe and always get a 40. I don’t find a need to size down. I can wear some in a 39 but not normally. You don’t want your toes too close to the end. I only buy the 100% leather. I wouldn’t advise a size down as a general practice.
