Toby is so helpful. I know its hard Ben and Zoe because you are concentrating on the messages and doing the live but you do talk over Toby sonetimes. I think he needs to be heard. I'm not being mean. I love your vlogs. I just worry that because Toby is quiet he can get overwhelmed ❤ I pick at the skin around my finger nails. I dont realise I'm doing it like Zoe. Then I find I've made my fingers bleed. Its an anxiety thing I'm sure 🙃

Put a small plate at the side of his dinner plate with another food on it tell joseeph its his if he wants it and then ignore it Then at the next meal just put a little plate near him and dnt say anything ( just a suggestion) xxx
