Welcome back to Friday Night Funkin'. Revisiting the most difficult mod I've played in a while for Hypno's Lullaby Friday Night Funkin Lullaby created by @Banbuds who made Tricky!! We used a strat today (shout-out again to 8-BitRyan) using my foot to tap the space bar. Amazing lol Played the Lost Silver song with the unown characters and then the secret Missingno song which was my favourite of all of them. Hope you enjoy! SLAP THE LIKE BUTTON!!

Some context for the mod: Hypno’s lullaby is a mix of official info and creepypasta, the creepypasta being based on the info about hypnos kidnapping children and feasting on their dreams, with the creepypasta hypno doing the same but also killing them and being very sadistic The lyrics in the first song are almost completely similar to the actually hypno’s lullaby, which you can find on youtube, just with some of the lyrics changed to have him be referring to fnf and the current situation gf is in The reason hypno’s head came off is because it is said that hypnos die if they fail to hypnotize someone, so because he failed to hypnotize gf in the first song, his head ripped itself off and during the second song he was desperate to hypnotize you to possibly save himself, which he succeeds in doing and he then kills gf after the second song (btw, the move he kept using to raise the hypnosis was psyshock) The limbless man in monochrome is called lost silver (not ash), one of the better creepypastas out there since it deviates from the whole corrupted being going around killing people and does the haunted game cartridge concept PERFECTLY, basically someone gets a used copy of pokemon silver for cheap and when he boots it up, the save file of the previous user is still there with the trainer being named ‘...’, maxed pokedex, max money, and max levels, the party is a cyndaquill and 5 unowns, the unowns spelling “LEAVE” and the cindaquil being named “HURRY”, he’s stuck in sprout tower and as he accends the floors of the tower, the unowns make more messages like “DYING” and “NO MORE”, the character slowly loses his limbs, eyes, and color, cyndaquill dies a horrible death instead of fainting, and lastly in a fight against a ghostly red/blue trainer, his shiny celebi uses perish song and their bloody pikachu uses destiny bond, killing themselves, the trainer then dying and being trapped among multiple graves, dying nameless, alone, and forgotten despite his success as a trainer And if you couldn’t guess, that dead right half of the celebi that kept appearing on the left was shiny celebi from the story and it’s using perish song, which ONLY reduces health, it doesn’t reduce time, you just have less time when he does 2 in a row since he has to squeeze them into a single turn (these double turns are predetermined, not if you do it quickly) Also, if the unown are on screen, they instantly kill you if you try pausing to prevent cheating, and they DON’T instantly kill you if you press the wrong letter Oh and btw, that was NOT how you were supposed to encounter missingno, you were meant to move up and down on the menu screen (like how you would encounter him) until you hear a noise and your cursor appears and then click the 0 in the bottom left, taking you to his song

There actually is a way to get the missingno song legit. You have to scroll up and down on the menu until you hear a noise. Then click on the 0 in the version data on the bottom of the screen.

Good Job, now let me explain the real way to unlock that secret song: 1. go to the main menu where it says: Story,Freeplay and options 2. Scroll up and down that from top to bottom then go in reverse from bottom to top 3. once you hear a sound cue click the 0 in version of the mod and you have unlocked the song the legit way

I played this the moment it came out and god the pendulum was frustrating as hell, but the songs were all amazing with MissingNo being my favorite as well as everything else being just really good looking. The references in Monochrome are really nice and the zombie Celebi looks extremely cool for its brief Perish Song appearances and the Unowns are so unique and can only make sense in a song for Lost Silver. The MissingNo gimmick is one I’ve been waiting for for a while and it gets even better on Hell mode where the arrows also get rotated. Love this mod

Has anyone else noticed the Pokémon that pops out of the darkness in monochrome? Each time it does, it uses a move called perish song which in the original game makes both the Pokémon and the opponent’s Pokémon faint after a certain amount of moves.

Yeah, it shortens your health bar a bit, it's referencing how in the Lost Silver Creepypasta(which is what the Monochrome song is based on) during shiny Celebi's and Pikachu's battle, shiny Celebi used Perish Song 3 times(first time worked, second and third time failed) and killed itself along with Pikachu. I'm not kidding about them dying, it actually happened in the Creepypasta, I'm saying this incase you haven't read it
