This is pretty good! I think it makes more sense with the ghost girl being nobody; miki is a charizard, and well, nobody was ever really able to provide proper comfort for steven after miki died ; nor did he listen to anyone

For the ghost Mike could appear Yes, after being killed by his own brother, but mike could have seen steven suffering So i imagine his ghost appearing with the line "I'm still sorry..."
