According to the original video animation, its error sans trying to take control of classic sans to finally be complete. ( this happens after everything Error did, like capturing swap sans, thats why he appears in the video) This is the closest I could get to the context of classic appearing, since its a bit confusing.

@@aabonnar4166 What i understood is that error somehow was able to revert back to a normal sans,but his error side was still exisitng inside of him. His error side was upset,because his normal self didnt want to destroy worlds anymore,so the error side decides to take control of the body to continue his mission.
