I think it’s kinda cute that salad finger’s losing animation is him getting happier because it’s the most fun he’s had in ages. Edit: imma elaborate on this. Basically (to anyone who doesn’t know) Salad fingers’s real Name is Hubert Cumberdale ( the name of one of his puppets) Salad fingers was abused as a child. You can see this by the way he treats his finger puppets like eating their hair or other stuff. He also has a sort of personality disorder which is why he doesn’t use his actual name and salad fingers is his childish and naive side. Salad fingers acts out portions of his memory with his finger puppets and even himself such as when he acts out a woman getting an Abortion. All of this combined means that our freind Hubert (for a lack of better words) is pretty fucked up. Hubert doesn’t mean to be scary or off putting he’s a mentally challenged, scarred, abused husk of a man. He lives in his own mind (metaphorically) and his mind is a scary place. Overall, any interaction with humans with an activity he actually enjoys (He used to be a singer and sings a few times in the series as well as having a radio) would be an amazing experience that he hasn’t experienced since “The Great War”.
