The self heating pads with ginseng pads were too intense for me, and were very painful. The other pain pads that are green are awsome, and they WORK!!!!! 😊

My son-in-law got everyone in the family a handful of scratch offs for Christmas. They were mostly all duds. He was out a bunch of money and all we got was sore wrists.
