I hadn't been familiar with LRR prior, but when I was practicing for my first gp my slogan was "Baby I'm gonna Jund your world". There's just something satisfying and intuitive by using Jund as a verb.

Alex's "burrito vs. enchilada" metaphor falls apart pretty easily because while burritos and enchiladas differ in more than their names, Llanowar Elves, Fyndhorn Elves, and Elvish Mystic don't. They're functionally identical, right down to the creature types. Also if I were him I'd just use all three. You can never have enough mana elves.

I for one did not forget about fling and use it in my cyclops deck :). If you are using fling as a pump up spell first then you're doing it wrong. there are so many cheap spells to be cast to pump up nivix. Searing spear, artful dodge, swing, 2nd main fling, pass turn, draw burn spell.
