The difference between Scranton, PA and Wilkes-Barre PA is WILD snow sticking in Scranton, PA and at 6AM this morning in Wilkes-Barre PA it was wet roads elevation dependent . Snow is still falling right now 10 50 AM 11/22/24 Analogs say that an Atlantic Hurricane season that runs late which this one did with 2 named storms in November does bring an early start to Winter for end of November and December well now that's working nicely very nicely.

Holy moly. As of 8:25 AM this morning here in Quakertown, it’s snowing, but nothing’s sticking as the snowflakes aren’t big and it’s 35 degrees. This is truly an elevation dependent storm.
