Traditional shrugs are kinda garbage. Shrug slightly leaned forward, pull your shoulders up and back, and allow your elbows to break, don’t keep them locked. This will give a much better contraction on your traps. Its like a shrug row.

What rep range do you recommend for maximum development 🤔

Hunter trains mostly at 10-12 but you can pick whatever range you want between 5-30 (preferably a range that suits the exercise : 5-10 suits squats better than a leg extension for example)
