I have a black Freya cut to wear underneath them, definitely needs some doc boots too… I will make do with a trainer for now, hoping Santa is bringing me some docs! X

It was nice to hear a UK vlogger mention Pattern Emporium. I use a lot of their patterns. They are such good value, the instructions are brilliant, and each pattern has lots of variations. I have made several of the Be Mine balloon sleeve top which is their latest pattern, and it is gorgeous.

Snap with the advent calendars, I missed the BTPD too, I had the fabric godmothers last year and was mightily disappointed. I always use CLC for my printing they are really cost affective and include booklets. That is a fabulous blouse pattern.

So sorry you are not well and hope you recover quickly. I use fabulosew and think they are brilliant - all down to Alex Judge. I love the tissue paper they use to print the patterns. I also have the Be Mine blouse and love it- thinking of making another and extending to a dress. Love your black and gold top- very festive. Happy sewing at your social. 😊
