Hi, really enjoyed your video. Sooooo glad Sandy is doing better. The garden is looking fantastic! Nicely done! 👍🏻 🙂 I do regret to mention that our ten year old German Shepherd passed away. Our hearts are broken with great sadness. It even hurt to breathe the first day, but I suppose God will help us one step at a time. I came home with bags yesterday and felt lost when she didn't run out to the car or up to the door. At feeding time I screamed and told the boys to remove the bowls and dog food. I feel like my right arm is gone. I will try to concentrate on the good though. Hope you all have a wonderful Canada Day.😊❤

Hi Martha! Your flowers are so beautiful! Tell Sandy that I bark in the middle of the night for cookies too! Glad you got to watch Jaws! I want to hang out for Canada day with you guys! We had a bad storm today. I thought lightning struck my house! Scared the 💩 out of me and Brutus. No damage. I think it may have it the old basketball hoop pole. Anyway I was only without power for an hour. Yay! By now Bruce is on his two weeks off. Enjoy! Love you guys! ❤❤❤

I get my 2 fur babies monthly medication for heartworm/flea and tick through the Costco pharmacy. It's a lot cheaper, here in the States anyway. Just get a prescription from your vet.

Having to have 14 teeth pulled is half of poor Sandy's mouth. I pray they have taken care of the infection and bad gums. Do they say to use dental treats or anything like that to help keep the rest good? Would Sandy use those steps they make for dogs for her to have an easier time getting on couch and bed? Maybe Bruce could build a steps for her so she can get up and down easier. It's so hard when our pets have to have mouth surgeries or any type of surgery or major done to them. For most of us our pets are our babies and it's so nerve wracking when they have to be put under and have this stuff done. i pray she's all good now and never has to go through anything again. She's such a sweetie.

Michelle check your Costco, dog medicine is a lot cheaper to get it there. I get my dogs apiquil for her allergies and the flea and tick there too. Quite a bit cheaper

awww, sweet, running & playing . That WOULD feel better, with 14 rotten teeth out. My Callie1 had 7 out, 5 years ago, $500 !! back then !! So, that was good price, Callie1 hasn't had a sore eye, since. So happy she's doing well. xoxo Happy Can day week end .rain here, I ate one of Rich's plain Lay's potato chips today !! You are not a sucker Michele…just the most caring Mom. I haven’t had any hummingbirds either. I think it is because there are so many flowers now for them to visit. I continue to change the liquid every three days. It can go bad quite quickly in the sunshine. I buy as many meds for our dogs that I can at Costco so much cheaper. Our Goldie was born with a rare heart condition and required a heart medication twice a day that was very costly. At the vet it worked out to $2 a pill….that really adds up. At Costco it was 90 cents a pill. Quite a difference. I just had our vet send in the prescription. He charged me $8 for that but well worth it because I would have 4 refills on the prescription. Just phone Costco and they will tell you if they carry the med that you need. Granted they don’t carry all dog meds but well worth a check with the Costco pharmacy. Happy Canada Day Michele, Bruce and fur and feathered pets. Good news that cute little Sandy has a spring back in her step after all those nasty choppers are gone!! 💕🇨🇦🥰👍🏻

Beautiful flowers. I love this time of year when everything is in full bloom. About your ant problem, what you really want to do is set out ant bait. They eat it and and take it back to the nest where it will also destroy the rest of them.

Outside I have to be careful with poison because my chickens 🐔 My chickens love to eat them but they can't get the ants up the tree😂❤❤

@@chickensbythelake I understand keeping the chickens safe. I make my own ant bait using an empty plastic water bottle with the cap on, cut a small hole in the side of the bottle that is just big enough for the ants to get in and out. Pour 2 tablespoons of Borax powder and 2 tablespoons of Sugar in to the bottle and shake it together. Place bottle on the ground on it's side, near the ant hill or where the ants are frequently seen. Ants will go in and out of the bottle, eating and carrying the bait back to their home which will also destroy the nest. This method is safe to use around pets, as they cannot get in to the bottle.
