Yeah, I feel like his sets are great. But I feel like if you just chucked him on stage, reminded him of a specified weekend out with his mates and told him to talk about it, that would be gold too. 😁 There's a podcast I'd watch endlessly. Kevin talks to his old mates about nights out and crazy memories.

Probably more to do with the smoking and drinking but those pizza's certainly didn't help! (EDIT) ...and, yes, I've tried deep fried mars bar. They aren't a myth. I don't think it is the accent so much as the slang terms. If a Glaswegian couple said that there was mince on the telly so they were winching but the wean was greeting, I expect if you asked most people to repeat back what they said then they probably could. Whether they understood what was being said is an entirely different matter though.

Kevin bridges is a great comedian full of many topics to make us laugh, but don't you think Jonathan ross when he talks sounds like he has a constant cold,

i love kevin bridges he's absolutely brilliant but for some reason Jonathan ross who is normally a brilliant host but at the beginning of the interview he was really really wooden almost like he was reading off a script!!!!!!

In Edinburgh in the early 1979s a guy approached me and said “give me £2 or I’ll shoot you! “. He had a gun and was pointing it at me. I only had 50 pence and gave him that. He then walked into a fish and chip shop. I went to a police box (a Tardis) which was only 50 yards away. There was a police officer there who immediately called for back-up. Within two minutes the chip shop was surrounded by police. The guy was arrested and eventually got six months in jail. I never got my 50 pence back! I also had to move house as my address was published in the local evening paper. Kevin you never really experienced fear!

How dare Jonathan Woss say that Kevin has an accent ? To those from the North of England, the southern accent is bizarre. The London accents are like something foreign as they cannot pronounce th and substitute V, or T on its own ( is silent) . The word YES also has an S on the end.

Gee Jonathan just asks some really mundane questions. Kevs there looking like he's in a meeting with his accountant. The shows energy is like a banal hotel channel for whatever the guest is promoting.
