On storing ground meat to your freezer. Good practice yung portioning pero you should also consider flattening the ground meat (in a plastic bag or supot) into maybe half an inch thick. Parang Ipo-form nyo sya na notepad shape. It is easier to defrost at mas less din and chance na ma contaminate ang ground meat dahil even ang defrosting nya unlike na naka form sya na parang ball, na usually matagal bago ma defrost o lumambot yun inner or core part kaya yung outer part ay most of the time bumabaho or worst possible pa magka bacteria. Another thing is mas makaka save ka ng space especially kung maliit lang ang freezer ng ref mo. We portion our ground meat in 1/4 kg each tapos naka flatten and naka organize sya sa freezer na parang pile of paper.

hi ms danica, this is just my suggestion/opinion.. first, i think you should'nt store dairy items at the bottom of the chiller coz they are perishable, so any spilage on top you cant save your dairy products anymore.. second, for the eggs pls remove it from the container coz it has high risk of salmonella contamination and dont put it beside a dairy item like the cake. you must put it away from other products coz even egg shells has high risk of samonella contamination, maybe on the egg section mostly provided in a chiller. and lastly, since youre labeling your food you might as well add the manufactured date and expiry date it'll will help you alot... thats all.... you have a nice channel content.. (pls no hate, I'm just sayin') peace out.... :-)
