@@Bball1129 Didn't get Frido ones! Bought one from a brand called Wellgiver and it has helped me with cushioning and comfort because the default shoe insole sucked. Nothing significant on the performance end.

@@sanishvg mera orginal insole aage se 3-4 months me fat gaya toh, yeh bhi 6 months me aage se ghiss gaya, lekin full stable aur support rehta hai, mai roz 7-8 km jogging karta hu toh isiliye jaldi ghiss jate hai, normal use acha chalega
