Frido insoles review for big feet people. Is it worth to put your money in this emerging product?

@@chirayumadhura5593 hello brother, sorry for delay in response, nike city rep is a running shoe now, you must decide are you looking for soft plushiness? If yes, go for gel based insole from Frido. If you need longer hours standing and looking for arch support go for frido arch support insole. I would say if you need something premium and can go for little expensive option try insole from Birkenstock they have an engineered insole for stability and long hour standing people. Hello @singh8520, it takes some time in getting used to these insoles. They don’t push you forward so, it might be little stressing on your foot. Gradually in couple of months if you can develop a habit of running with them, you will find them comfortable. They are durable, very good build and quality you can be confident on it. My recommendation for running, if you are jot flat foot, go for gel insoles from frido.👍🏻😊

@singh8520, yes instantly it would be a little difficult. Moreover if you are flat foot, any insole would be difficult at first. Looking at the comfort of these insoles, you should go ahead with these insoles and wear them regularly for first 10 days and take breaks. E.G. wear it for first couple of hours and take off your shoes for 10-15 min and wear again. These are very comfortable if you are flat feet and want to run.

Hi buddy thanks for the video, i have a question though. I am flat foot and wanted a good arch support insole. I am currently using shape crunch shoes which have a proper arch support. I use UK 11. Does the gel once have arch support?

Hello Gurunathsakpal bhai, first gel insole me arch nahi hai. Frido me 2 insole aate hai, ek arch correction insole and ek sports arch support insole. First one is rubber based, second one is fabric based. Now, agr aapko zyada pronation hota hai, I will recommend use these insoles only for short duration wear shoes. Longer wear and arch correction ke liye ye insoles kaam nahi karte hai. I hope that helped. Please let me know if you have any further questions. @ got it so I think they are not for me. I use the shape crunch custom made once and they are just perfect for arch support. Let me know if you can recommend any shoes for flat feet mine is. Mine is flexible flat feet.

@gurunathsakpal4197 bhai, these shoes which you are wearing are for arch correction. Such footwear is recommended to be consulted with your orthopaedic. However, I will share few recommendations, please check with your orthopaedic before you use them so that, if any of them are suitable for you, they might help you in correct way of usage. Best shoes for flat feet are, asics gel kayano 31 (true to size), Hoka arahi 7 (go size up), nike pegasus 40 (mild arch however the foam is quite cushiony, true to size). I hope this helps. Personally, I have used kayano and pegasus both. For hoka, I use bondi 8 (extra cushion and mild arch) for myself and Clifton 9 (balanced, neutral shoe, mild arch) for my spouse. What's the difference between Arch Sports and Max Comfort insoles? I was eagerly waiting to know the difference, but you didn't mention anything about it. They both look very similar. Apart from this, this is a great video.

Let me address the question for you please, one thing that is common in both is Hi-per foam, this is proprietary to Frido and is a very good cushion technology which allows the insole to take proper shape of the foot so that, you don’t feel tiered. One thing different in them is arch support in arch sports insole for your middle foot. Arch sports is hence for people looking for added arch in their shoe. Typically, as I have experienced arch sports works well only with sports shoes and not in formal shoes because of added height due to thickness whereas, max comfort is suitable for both. Hi i need to ask, i wear the formal shoes for whole day and i walk alott during job, so will the gel insoles or archfit insoles will be helpful to the feet or it will cause distress in formal shoes?

@@rahulvalecha220 I would suggest go for gel insole if you can. They are sleek, take less room in shoes, comfortable for hour wearing and breathable, do not let you sweat a lot. Arch support are stiff and take time to get used to it. Go for arch support if you are flat feet, do not have arch in your shoe and you are already wearing a size larger that’s what you normally do. Hello @prachirpatil, Frido comes in standard sizing, one is upto 10 uk and other is upto 13uk. You can with 10uk, and they also have marking to cut the insole. You can cut it by one size. I will put a shorts video on it soon.
