Fried Keow Teow
Malaysia famous local food. Famous in Penang, but actually can find in any states.
This in my home cook version
Ingredient
Keow Teow and bean sprouts
Prawns
Granular ark (Siham)
Minced garlic
Mix sauce
half teaspoon sugar
One spoon oyster sauce
One spoon soy sauce
Two spoon dark soy sauce
1. Heat the pot with one spoon oil. Add in the garlic and prawns, fry a while till prawn turn red
2. Put in the Keow Teow and bean sprouts, fry a while. Add in the mix sauce, mix well
3. Put a side the Keow Teow, add one spoon oil, crash in the egg.
4. Fry till the egg is done mix well
5. Lastly add in the Siham, simple fry a while, is done

材料
粿条和豆芽

血蛤
蒜末
调料
半茶匙糖
一勺蚝油
一勺酱油
两勺黑酱油
1. 起锅,加一勺油,加入大蒜和虾,爆香直到大虾变红
2. 放入粿条和豆芽,炒一会儿。 加入调料,搅拌均匀
3. 把粿条挂到一边,加一勺油,加入鸡蛋。
4. 煎至鸡蛋熟了,翻炒均匀
5. 最后加入血蛤,简单翻炒一会儿,就完成了
