FRIED MILK SNACKS. TRADITIONAL RECIPE

Fried milk is a very easy dessert to make, very creamy, coated in sugar and cinnamon, and with a delicious flavor... A traditional recipe, perfect to enjoy with the family. In Spain they are usually taken during Easter or All Saints' Day, but you can make them all year round.

Ingredients:
250+500 ml milk
80 grams of sugar
cinnamon stick
lemon peel
60 grams corn flour
2 egg yolks
to coat: egg, flour, sugar, cinnamon
oil for frying
