In Hawaii, we would say that the momos looked very “ono” meaning delicious. How these gentlemen are very articulate in what and how they prepare a meal. Grandpa, you have done well when you took these young gentlemen under your wings and showed them compassion and humbleness which they continue to spread to other people. But now is the time for us to recognize these gentlemen as individuals and at least I would like to know their first names so when I write my comments, I can address them properly for who they are and what they have become. They didn't put ketchup. It is a spicy sweet sauce served in Indian style Chinese restaurants. Closer to the sweet/sour sauce served in USA Chinese restaurants but with added heat. Burned my mouth with it years ago because I assumed it was like USA lol.

Hello Friends!!! First of all, all of your recipes look delicious! Remember when cleaning the vegetables, especially veggies, like cabbage and leeks, you have to separate them first, then clean under running water. Those types of vegetables have alot of dirt and sand in between the leaves. Keep doing what you are doing!!! Hugs!
