That tip about firstly cooking the egg in the shell to set the shape is killer, that's the step I've been missing with this fried poached egg process and adding that little trick is going to make them perfect. Good man, great tip!

I no longer hard boil eggs because after trying them steamed, it is so much easier to peel them and they are super yummy... Thanks so much for posting your recipe, it was a real pleasure to watch... BRAVO Bruno, What a Great idea for the poached egg. I'm going to surprise my wife this weekend with this great dish for Saturday morning breakfast. You truly are a GREAT Chef.

Looks amazing! Can't wait to try it! I know that many chefs avoid the swirl and vinegar, and just break the fresh egg inside non boiling water carefully, it works great, you can make more than one egg at once, and it also easier to beautify because it holds the original shape of the egg without the swirl taking off parts of the egg white.

+Ugly Pyro In all honesty, Bruno. Ramsay has Michelin stars but when it comes down to presentation and innovative dishes, Bruno has him beat.
@Krypteian9 жыл бұрын
***** Just yes. Gordon has only an average aesthetic-sense when it comes down to presenting his dishes. Simple and nothing too extravagant which is the style he is proud of. I find him a little lackluster and a bit wasteful to be honest. Take for instance when Bruno made his Beef Wellington - all the scraps were used to create an artistic finish. Sorry, when it comes down to imagination and creativity, Gordon is more of a tv personality.

COMARto if your mind is equal to a blown, wouldn't that the mind cannot be blown because it is equivalent to a blown and a mind need to be weaker than a blown to be blown but your saying a blown is the same a mind.

I am absolutely passionate about food and I've been doing it for years as an addition in my life yet a perfect poached egg has always given me quite the trouble from the right temperature or the correct time of cooking. but I fallowed your instructions step by step and now I have been making them for my daughters My family and friends because they are in love with them. thanks I really appreciate the tips +Bruno Albouze

That's why I am sucscribed to you, Bruno. I love watching and doing all the simple, all-day food. But everytime I want something outstanding, something that's just very creative and perfectly executed, I'll come to your channel. This egg is amazing. Pre-cooking it for about 10 seconds with shell is such a nice trick. I thought of it before, but never tried it because usually the yolk is not in the center, but near the bottom of the egg. But when I get my hands on some really fresh eggs (hard to do when you live in the city), I'll give this a try for breakfast!
