This time we asked to take pictures at Minsei in Neyagawa, a city next to my hometown Hirakata City in Osaka Prefecture.
This restaurant is also associated with Minsei with Nankinmachi, and has been in business for 55 years, making it one of the most beloved restaurants in the area.
Fried rice was also served in considerable quantities that day, although I was told that sweet-and-sour pork and squid tempura were popular.
The slow-fried rice was deliciously crispy, the squid tempura with its delicious crispy batter, and the juicy sweet-and-sour pork were all very satisfying.
As you can see in the video, he was thinking of closing the restaurant at one time, but Udonsoba's KZbin video inspired him to decide to open the restaurant again.
It was truly a wonderful store filled with memories and love from many people.
