INGREDIENTS:
SHRIMP:
1 pound colossal shrimp
Old Bay Seasoning to taste
garlic powder to taste
1.5 cups butter milk
2 eggs
50 crushed butter crackers
1 cup all purpose flour
cooking oil for deep frying
CRAB BALLS:
1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 egg
1 tbs yellow mustard (or dijion)
1/3 cup may (if to dry add extra to add up to 1/2 cup)
16-18 crushed butter crackers
juice from 1/2 lemon (small/med)
cooking oil for deep frying
LOADED POTATOES:
4 small red potatoes
2 tbs butter
shredded cheese
cooked bacon chopped
green onion
salt and pepper to taste
top with sour cream
TARTAR SAUCE:
1.5 cups mayo
1/2 cup sour cream (optional can substitute with 1/2 cup mayo)
1/3 cup diced onion
1/2 cup pickled relish
juice from 1/2 lemon (small/med)

Miriam, I had my son when I was 1 month shy of my 40th birthday. I am a single mom, I prayed for God to allow me to have a baby and I got pregnant. My biggest gift from my heavenly father and I love that child with every beat of my heart. All that being said, you are right, being a mom isn't for everyone but if you choose to have a baby even when your 50 (Halle berry and Janet Jackson both did it) that child will be the luckiest baby on earth.
