I don't understand the religious debate. This was a show meant to reach out to people about the love of God, shown through the messages brought from Him by His angels. Angels don't have the free will we are entitled to, because they have no need of it. They are messengers of God, they are all sinless with the responsibility to do what God asks of them. Satan was cast down because he brought sin into this world in the first place, corrupting what God created. I really loved this episode because one of God's best known angels makes an appearance in the story, marking it as especially close to God's presence through the Ark of the Covenant.

Claiming that angels have no free will of their own gives some pretty dark implications. If angels have no free will and are just God's mindless puppets, then that means Lucifer was just doing the job God gave him in rebelling, which implies that God WANTED one of his angels to literally take the fall and bring sin into existence so he could later "fix things". I'm not Christian myself, though, so bear that in mind.

On the matter of Jesus, He is the Son of the Man, which Man, God the Father, The One upon His image Adam was created. God the Father, being the Love and Divine Will, dissociated Himself into three Persons to the all Creation´s eyes. The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

You were taught wrong. Angels are heavenly creatures who KNOW God. Therefore, they are not entitle to free will. That´s Lucifer fell, he disobeys acting on his own. As humans must believe the Revelations, we are entitled free will. We are, therefore, corrupted from the begining. That's why need Salvation, that Jesus brought to us, paid with his body sacrifice.

uh, I know we will be given new and glorified bodies...I don't exactly agree with the angel thing though. Angels are spirits that God has made. God is the trinity. Father Son Holy Spirit...lol but I don't think anyone TRUELY understands the relationship...but God. One of those things we can ask God about when we meet Him :D But Jesus is God's Son. That is something not to be mistaken for.

I looked it up- the footnote in all 3 of my copies of the Bible (the NIV, KJV, and AOB) say that "I and my Father are one," means that God and the Lord are united. Dude, there's even a song in a Disney movie about the fact that "being one" means "being united, being the same," not the exact same person. If They were the same Person, then why does God say of Christ, "This is My Beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased?" Why would He be pleased if He Himself had done what He himself dictated?

The best way to understand and look at it is like so, you look at a corn stalk, kernel, tassels. It's all corn but all separate. In revelation the disciple John I believe, was called up into spirit. '" Now towards the end of the book Jesus appears to his friend who was exiled on the isle of Patmos. And greeted him " peace be unto you. Behold I am the alpha and the omega. The beginning and the end. I was dead but now I live. See that I am coming soon and make all things anew. There will be no more pain, or sorrow or death, or sickness, or sadness. Now to make such a bold claim and introduction only one being in existence can claim all things. That is indeed the Lord most high.

Hello. ive had several dreams about angels. i was visited twice , i believe by angels at the supermarket and at my front door. i believed angels saved my life many times. But i only worship God and Im thankful for Gods ministry of these divine creatures. When we die Jesus said we become "like" the angels. we don't become angels. We are the sons and daughters of God. We were made in His image. Psalm 139:14 frwd.
