Friends in Low Places- **Traitor AU + read desc

This may be a new series! it depends on what you all want! So this is a little kind of teaser, if it does good i'll keep doing it!

Ha Ha Robin was really abused by Batman (physically and mantelly). It is not really shown in the movies, but you can see it VERY good in the comics. Well, that was also one of his many reasons why he became Nightwing and left Batman.

​@🌸 flower 🌸 he really was, I mean it only makes sense. A nine-year-old kid with no experience or fighting skills being able to be "robin" in under a year. His training wasn't only brutal and too much for a 9-year-old but went way too far. Did you know that in one of the comics, batman looked Richard in the Batcave for 2 weeks without food or anything, so he would improve his survival skills? Batman is without a doubt one of the worst fathers imaginable (at least in the comics). That was also one of the reason he later left and became Nightwing. Everybody always says since he was the first Robin, his training was the hardest, and he had the worst time with Bruce. Him not holding back at all. Read a few comics and it's clear as day. Batman though not only treated him like a Machine, but also most likely only adopted him for his personal gain. (god, I know way too much about this topic) think about it. Why does batman wear black? Right, so his opponents won't see him in the shadows, and why does robin wear so bright colors? Right, so that he is some kind of bait. The villains with that first see robin and then Batman, which gives him time to surprise them from behind. Because of that, Robin got hurt multiple times. Robin could have had a normal life, but Bruce adopted him and decided that a 9-year-old is old enough to decide for himself that he wants to fight crime. Batman is mentally very unstable, in one comic Alfred explains it very well. For Bruce the robins reflect his past self, they help Bruce cope with his trauma, but they were never actually helped with theirs. The robins are supposed to help him emotional, that's the reason they were adopted in the first place, but can that excuse the robins being in such a position. Alfred was more of a father to the robins then Bruce ever were and while that ofc verifies between the universes it's clear that Bruce never was or is going to be a very empathetic person. He is a hero, and helps people daily, but himself his deeply unstable. In conclusion to that, he can't help the people that right now broken as well. I shouldn't dive too deep into this topic, but there is a lot I want to say. IDK if you are families with Jason Todd, but he is the prime example why the robins shouldn't have been brought to the streets in the first place. Why innocent kids shouldn't learn to live out their emotion by fighting crime. That batman shouldn't expect kids to emotionally support him. And what consequences it can have onto them. There is a good reason why none of the robin continued to work side by side with batman anymore, and all of them don't thin of him as the best. I would love to say so much more, but I can't... I don't even know if you are going to read all this XD

Look, if you are going to answer, then at least TRY to act like an adult. I was trying to understand your opinion (which is really hard by the way u write btw) but now I don't even think that you read HALF of my comment. Look I get that you don't want to read a lot (considering that u prob are 12 which means you are a gen z kid), but can't we try to have a normal discussion? If you are going to answer to this try to be reasonable, respectful and pleaseee work on your writing

I don't have a problem with disguising the comics and different theories/versions, but for that I would need you to answer in full sentences and things regarding the topic. Maybe you know something I don't, if that were the case you would need to tell me AND show me the evidence though

​@@weeb7223 As far as I'm aware the bright colors were supposed to be somekind of tribiute to Dick's parents, but I agree, Bruce shouldn't let him go around in this, also the comic where Batman locked him up in batcave isn't canon, and is from other universe where he did WAY more f*cked up stuff. But I agree, Bruce really isn't the best

I like it :] Maybe have Robin join Kid Flash. Maybe make them some sort of duo, but let them be apart of the H.I.V.E so they can get on their feet. Then later on they become a duo. Idea sort of inspired by a Villian Duo! Birdflash fanfiction.
