You take It very lightly. I would do nothing until they leave, then break their beds, straight up do /gamemode 0 and trap them in obsidian, while putting a spawn kill trap in the worldspawn. After they once again leave, I would delete the Server, make a new one, ban them from that one, unfriend them, and play with other people.
