As a recipient of the Wheeling Historic Revitalization Subgrant Program, the Friends of Wheeling continue their incredible efforts on restoring the Hughes Duplex. This is a historic structure in North Wheeling that they saved from demolition.

@@butchstaz5109 idk if they claimed that. they need to figure out how to enable mixed use such as dialing back zoning laws
